1. Who we are

MigrationArm is a trading brand of the private company MigrationArm (Armenia). We provide paid services that explain, prepare and support administrative procedures in the Republic of Armenia.

2. We are not a government body

MigrationArm is not a government body and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or acting on behalf of any public authority of the Republic of Armenia, including:

  • the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
  • the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its consular services;
  • the Ministry of Justice, including the State Register Agency of Legal Entities;
  • the Police of the Republic of Armenia and its units;
  • the State Revenue Committee;
  • any other state or local government body.

Names of public authorities appear on this website only to describe the procedures. We do not use state symbols and do not present ourselves as an official portal.

3. We do not issue documents or make decisions

Passports, ID cards, residence cards, visas, registration certificates, licence plates and other official documents are issued only by the competent public authorities. Only those authorities decide whether to grant a status, citizenship, registration or visa.

Our work does not affect the substance of any decision and cannot speed it up outside the official procedure. We do not guarantee a positive outcome.

4. State duties and our fee

State duties and official fees are set by law and are paid into the state budget of the Republic of Armenia using the official payment details. They are not income of MigrationArm.

Our fee is payment for our services. On the website and in your application we always show it separately from state duties and third-party costs (notary, translation, etc.).
