Overview
About this service
Entry rules for Armenia depend on your citizenship, travel document and purpose of travel. Nationals of a number of countries enter visa-free; others obtain a visa online via the official e-visa portal of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (evisa.mfa.am), through diplomatic missions or, for certain categories, at border crossing points. Nationals of some countries can obtain a visa only with an invitation.
According to the MFA, Armenian visas are issued for up to 120 days, extendable by another 60 days unless international agreements provide otherwise. Visitor visas are extended by the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
We never guess the visa regime: for each client we check the official MFA lists as of the date of the request, help complete the application correctly, prepare the photo and documents, and assist with invitations and extensions. Visa decisions are made solely by the competent authorities. We plan to extend this service to other destinations in future.

Stages
How the procedure works
- 1
Questionnaire
You provide your citizenship, purpose and dates of travel; we check the official MFA lists.
- 2
Choosing the route
We recommend e-visa, consulate, invitation, extension or visa-free entry as appropriate.
- 3
Application preparation
We prepare the data, photo and documents; you review and confirm the application. Fees are paid under the authority’s rules.
- 4
Decision and travel
The competent authority decides. We let you know the outcome and share practical travel advice.
In-person attendance
The e-visa is obtained online with no visit required. Consular applications, where needed, are made at an Armenian diplomatic mission under its rules. Visa extensions are filed in person or through an authorised representative at the Migration and Citizenship Service (14 Tairov Street, Yerevan) without an appointment. Your passport and visa are checked by border control on entry.
Our role
What we do — and what we don't
What we do
- Check the visa requirements for your nationality against the official MFA lists
- Recommend the right route: e-visa, consulate, border or visa-free entry
- Help complete the e-visa application and prepare the photo and passport scan
- Prepare the document set for an invitation or consular application
- Help prepare and file a visa extension application in Yerevan
- Track your application status and relay any requests from the authority
What we don't do
- We are not the MFA, a consulate or the border service and do not issue visas
- We do not guarantee a visa, entry or processing times
- We never prepare fictitious invitations or submit inaccurate information
- We cannot speed up processing at the authorities

FAQ
Questions about this service
How do I know if I need a visa for Armenia?
It depends on your citizenship and document type and is determined by the official Armenian MFA lists. We check them as of your request date and tell you the result.
How long can I stay on a visa?
According to the MFA, visas are issued for up to 120 days, extendable by another 60 days unless international agreements provide otherwise.
How do I extend my visa?
Before your visa expires, apply to the Migration and Citizenship Service in Yerevan, in person or through a representative. The duty is AMD 500 per day of extension; some categories are exempt. According to official information, extensions are processed on the day of application.
How long does an e-visa take?
Normally 3 working days; the MFA may request additional documents, which extends the timeframe. We recommend applying well in advance.
How much does an e-visa cost?
The fee depends on the visa duration and is paid on the official portal evisa.mfa.am. We confirm the current amount before you apply. Our services are charged separately.
Do you help with visas for other countries?
For now we handle Armenian visas only. We plan to expand — leave a request and we will let you know when your destination becomes available.
Do you guarantee a visa?
No. Visa decisions are made by the MFA or the Migration and Citizenship Service, and entry decisions by border control. We ensure careful and honest preparation of your application.
