1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the website and services provided by MigrationArm (Armenia) under the MigrationArm brand.

By registering, submitting an application or paying for a service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Independent Provider Disclosure. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. What we do

MigrationArm provides paid advisory, organisational and technical services related to administrative procedures in the Republic of Armenia, including:

  • explaining how a procedure works and which documents are needed;
  • checking your documents and preparing applications and document packages;
  • booking appointments and supporting you through each stage;
  • submitting or collecting documents on your behalf, where the law allows this and we hold a valid power of attorney.

The exact scope, price and estimated timeline of each service are shown on the service page and in your application before you pay.

3. What we do not do

  • MigrationArm is not a government authority and does not issue documents, permits or statuses.
  • Decisions on applications are made solely by the competent government authorities. We cannot influence those decisions or guarantee an outcome.
  • We do not provide advocacy services and do not represent clients in court. Where needed, we will recommend that you consult a licensed advocate.
  • We do not accept requests involving forged documents, false information or attempts to circumvent the law.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information;
  • upload only genuine documents that you are entitled to use;
  • respond to our requests promptly and tell us about any change in your circumstances;
  • keep your account login details confidential.

You are responsible for the consequences of providing inaccurate information or documents. We may pause or decline work on an application if we have reason to believe the information is not accurate.

5. Prices and payment

Our prices are shown in Armenian drams (AMD) before you place an order. Before paying, you separately confirm that the order involves an obligation to pay.

Our fee covers our services only. Unless your application expressly states otherwise, it does not include state duties or other official fees, which are paid into the state budget using the official payment details, nor the charges of notaries, translators or other third parties. All such amounts are shown separately.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; card details are entered only on the provider's secure page.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a service at any time through your account or by writing to https://migrationarm.am/en/contact.

  • If we have not started work on your application, we will refund our service fee in full.
  • If work has started, we will refund our fee minus the value of the services already performed.
  • State duties and official fees already paid can be refunded only under the rules of the relevant authority.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Your consumer rights under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including any right to withdraw from a distance contract, remain fully in force.

7. Timelines

The timelines we give are estimates. Actual timelines depend on government authorities, appointment availability, the completeness of your documents and other factors outside our control.

8. Liability

We provide our services in good faith and with due professional care.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not responsible for decisions or processing times of government authorities, changes in legislation, or the consequences of incomplete or inaccurate information you provide. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Personal data and confidentiality

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information and documents received for an application are used only to provide the service and are not disclosed to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Use of the website

Content on this website is for information only and does not represent the official position of any government authority. We try to keep it up to date, but official sources and legal acts always prevail.

You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt to access other users' data without authorisation, or disrupt the service. The website's text, design and software are protected by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, by the competent court of the Republic of Armenia. Consumers may also contact the competent state authority for consumer protection.

12. Changes and contact

We may change these Terms. A new version applies to applications submitted after it is published. Contact: MigrationArm, Armenia, https://migrationarm.am/en/contact.
