Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often. Questions about specific procedures are on the service pages.
General
Are you a government agency?
No. We are an independent private company. We help prepare documents and guide you through the process, while decisions are made by the competent authorities. You can always apply to the authority yourself.
Can you guarantee a positive decision?
No, and nobody can honestly promise that. The competent authority decides under its own rules and timelines. We are responsible for the quality of our work: the right document list, document checks, careful completion of applications and a timely response to the authority's comments.
Why use your service if I can apply on my own?
Applying on your own is a perfectly lawful option. Our help is useful if you are unsure about your grounds, do not speak Armenian, live abroad or want to reduce the risk of documents being returned and repeat visits. We explain the procedure, check your documents and prepare the package for you.
Which languages do you work in?
The website, your account and messages with your specialist are available in Russian, Armenian and English. Official applications and documents for Armenian authorities are generally filed in Armenian — we arrange translations through partners.
Can I use your services while outside Armenia?
Yes, most of the preparation can be done remotely: the questionnaire, document uploads, consultations and messaging are all online. However, many procedures require you to attend in person — for example, to present originals, give biometrics or take a test. This is stated on each service page.
Process
Where do I start?
Choose a service in the catalogue and click "Start application" — you fill in a questionnaire and the system gives a preliminary assessment and a document list. If you are not sure which procedure fits, book a consultation.
How long does the procedure take?
The timeline has two parts: preparing documents (depending on whether apostille, translations or archive requests are needed) and review by the authority. Official review times are shown on each service page with a link to the source. We cannot speed up the review beyond official paid options, where such options exist.
Do I need to visit the authority in person?
It depends on the procedure. Personal attendance is mandatory for a passport and ID card, citizenship requires presenting originals at an appointment, and some procedures can be done through a representative with a power of attorney or online. In-person requirements are described on each service page, and your specialist will confirm them for your case.
What happens if the authority returns documents or asks for more?
We review the comments, explain what needs to be corrected or added and help you prepare the documents within the deadline. In your account the status changes to "Action required" or "Missing documents" and you receive a notification.
Payments
Are state fees included in your price?
No. State fees are paid to the state budget using the authority's payment details and are not included in our fee. Known fee amounts, with the source and verification date, are listed on each service page.
How is the price set and when do I pay?
The price depends on the package and add-ons you choose and is fixed in an invoice before you pay. Some services require payment before work starts; for others you can pay later — this is shown when you apply. Third-party costs (translation, notary, apostille) are agreed with you in advance.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment takes place on the secure page of a bank or payment provider that you reach from your account. Available methods are shown when you pay an invoice. We never receive or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Terms of Use. As a rule, the amount of work already done is taken into account; state fees and third-party costs already paid depend on the rules of the relevant authority or provider. If you want to cancel, message your specialist in your account.
Security and data
How do you protect my documents?
Files are checked on upload and stored encrypted in private storage. A document can only be opened through a temporary link that is issued after an access check and is valid for about a minute. Views and downloads are recorded in an audit log.
Which staff members can see my data?
Access is role-based: your case is visible to the specialist handling it and to staff who need it for their work. For example, the finance team works with invoices but cannot open documents. Actions on documents are logged.
Can I send documents by email or messenger?
Please don't. Upload documents only through your account, where they are stored encrypted and accessible only to authorised staff. For the same reason our emails and notifications contain no personal details — only your reference number.
