Process

How we work

Clear stages, an honest split of responsibilities and transparent payment. You always see where your case is and what is needed from you.

How it works

A clear path from application to outcome

You always know what stage your case is at, what we need from you and what depends on the authority.

  1. 1

    Choose a service

Read the description, document list, state fees and timelines. If you are unsure, book a consultation.

  2. 2

    Fill in the questionnaire

The online questionnaire adapts to your situation and gives a preliminary assessment. Your draft is saved automatically.

  3. 3

    Upload documents

Files go into secure encrypted storage. A specialist checks them and tells you what needs fixing.

  4. 4

    Preparation and filing

We prepare the document package, arrange translations and appointments, and support the filing where the law allows.

  5. 5

    Authority's decision

The state authority makes the decision. We track the status and notify you of every change.

Your account

The statuses you will see

Every change is recorded in your case history. We set "Submitted to the authority" only when there is official confirmation of the filing.

  1. Submitted

We have received your application. A specialist will start shortly.

  2. In review

A specialist is reviewing your details and documents.

  3. Missing documents

    Please upload the requested documents.

  4. Ready for official submission

The document package is prepared for submission to the authority.

  5. Officially submitted

Documents were submitted to the authority, confirmed by an official reference.

  6. Waiting for the authority

The authority is making its decision. Timing depends on the authority.

  7. Completed

Work on this application is complete.

Transparency

Who is responsible for what

We are a private company, not a government authority. It matters that you understand the limits of our work before we start.

What we do

  • Understand your situation and explain the procedure
  • Prepare a personal document list and check your documents
  • Arrange translation, notarisation and apostille through partners
  • Complete applications and book appointments
  • File or collect documents under a power of attorney where the law allows
  • Keep you informed at every stage

What the state authority does

  • Accepts the application and checks original documents
  • Collects the state fee for the state budget
  • Holds in-person appointments, tests or biometrics where required
  • Makes the decision and sets review timelines

We do not influence the decisions or timelines of state authorities and do not guarantee the outcome. You can always apply to the authority yourself.

Payment

How payment works

You pay us only for our work — by invoice, at a price known in advance. State fees go directly to the state budget.

  • Invoice before payment

The package price and any add-ons are fixed in an invoice. You see the total before you pay.

  • Payment on the bank's page

Payment takes place on the secure page of a bank or payment provider. We never receive or store card details.

  • State fees go to the budget

State fees are paid to the state budget using the authority's details and are not included in our fees.

  • Third-party costs agreed upfront

If translation, a notary or an apostille is needed, we tell you the estimated cost in advance and agree it with you.

Security

Your documents are protected

We handle passports and personal data, so security is built into the platform rather than added later.

  • Encrypted storage

Uploaded files are stored encrypted in private storage and are never reachable through public links.

  • Short-lived links

A document opens through a temporary link valid for 60 seconds, issued only after an access check.

  • Role-based access

Staff see only what their task requires. You see only your own applications and documents.

  • Audit log

Document views and downloads, status changes and payments are recorded in an audit log.

  • Payment on the bank's page

Payments are made on the secure page of a bank or payment provider — we never receive or store card details.

  • Minimal data in notifications

Emails and notifications contain only your reference number — no personal or immigration details.

Consultation

Not sure where to start?

A specialist will look at your situation, suggest the right procedure and prepare a document list. This is preliminary information, not a legal opinion.
