How it works
A clear path from application to outcome
You always know what stage your case is at, what we need from you and what depends on the authority.
- 1
Choose a service
Read the description, document list, state fees and timelines. If you are unsure, book a consultation.
- 2
Fill in the questionnaire
The online questionnaire adapts to your situation and gives a preliminary assessment. Your draft is saved automatically.
- 3
Upload documents
Files go into secure encrypted storage. A specialist checks them and tells you what needs fixing.
- 4
Preparation and filing
We prepare the document package, arrange translations and appointments, and support the filing where the law allows.
- 5
Authority's decision
The state authority makes the decision. We track the status and notify you of every change.
Transparency
Who is responsible for what
We are a private company, not a government authority. It matters that you understand the limits of our work before we start.
What we do
- Understand your situation and explain the procedure
- Prepare a personal document list and check your documents
- Arrange translation, notarisation and apostille through partners
- Complete applications and book appointments
- File or collect documents under a power of attorney where the law allows
- Keep you informed at every stage
What the state authority does
- Accepts the application and checks original documents
- Collects the state fee for the state budget
- Holds in-person appointments, tests or biometrics where required
- Makes the decision and sets review timelines
We do not influence the decisions or timelines of state authorities and do not guarantee the outcome. You can always apply to the authority yourself.
Why it's easier with us
Careful work without empty promises
Our service is built on honest information, clear prices and respect for your data.
Transparent terms
Our fees are visible before any work starts. State fees are shown separately, with links to sources.
A dedicated specialist
A specialist is assigned to your case, and you can message them from your account.
Checked information
Every service lists official sources, the last verification date and a reliability status.
Fewer mistakes
We check documents before filing to reduce the risk of rejections or repeat visits.
Everything in one place
Questionnaire, documents, messages, appointments and invoices — all in one account.
Three languages
The website, your account and communication with your specialist in Russian, Armenian or English.
Security
Your documents are protected
We handle passports and personal data, so security is built into the platform rather than added later.
Encrypted storage
Uploaded files are stored encrypted in private storage and are never reachable through public links.
Short-lived links
A document opens through a temporary link valid for 60 seconds, issued only after an access check.
Role-based access
Staff see only what their task requires. You see only your own applications and documents.
Audit log
Document views and downloads, status changes and payments are recorded in an audit log.
Payment on the bank's page
Payments are made on the secure page of a bank or payment provider — we never receive or store card details.
Minimal data in notifications
Emails and notifications contain only your reference number — no personal or immigration details.

Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
In short: how we work, what it costs and how your data is protected.
Are you a government agency?
No. We are an independent private company. We help prepare documents and guide you through the process, while decisions are made by the competent authorities. You can always apply to the authority yourself.
Can you guarantee a positive decision?
No, and nobody can honestly promise that. The competent authority decides under its own rules and timelines. We are responsible for the quality of our work: the right document list, document checks, careful completion of applications and a timely response to the authority's comments.
Why use your service if I can apply on my own?
Applying on your own is a perfectly lawful option. Our help is useful if you are unsure about your grounds, do not speak Armenian, live abroad or want to reduce the risk of documents being returned and repeat visits. We explain the procedure, check your documents and prepare the package for you.
Which languages do you work in?
The website, your account and messages with your specialist are available in Russian, Armenian and English. Official applications and documents for Armenian authorities are generally filed in Armenian — we arrange translations through partners.
Can I use your services while outside Armenia?
Yes, most of the preparation can be done remotely: the questionnaire, document uploads, consultations and messaging are all online. However, many procedures require you to attend in person — for example, to present originals, give biometrics or take a test. This is stated on each service page.
Are state fees included in your price?
No. State fees are paid to the state budget using the authority's payment details and are not included in our fee. Known fee amounts, with the source and verification date, are listed on each service page.
